Join our Recovery & Restructuring team as a Consultant, where you will play a vital role in assisting both lenders and debtors through complex financial challenges. As a trusted advisor, your expertise will guide clients during critical financial periods, ensuring they navigate through distress with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate insolvency services by identifying strategic, operational, and financial hurdles, recommending immediate stabilization measures, and providing advice on performance improvement and debt restructuring.
- Conduct data analysis, review financial records, and develop comprehensive financial models.
- Engage in both formal and informal restructuring processes and manage formal insolvency appointments, including bankruptcies and proposals.
- Cultivate relationships with special loan financiers, insolvency attorneys, and business leaders.
- Prepare and review all necessary statutory documentation in accordance with relevant acts.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance stakeholder value and ensure their needs are met.
- Participate in business development efforts and assist in crafting competitive proposals.
- Collaborate effectively with the engagement team.
- Contribute to the generation of new ideas and approaches to enhance work processes.
- Maintain the flexibility to travel as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset.
- Progressing towards, or a willingness to pursue, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insolvency; experience in other professional services will also be considered.
- Familiarity with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
