Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fields of Restructuring and Insolvency. The role encompasses various responsibilities, including:
  • Administration and liquidation processes
  • Fraud investigations
  • Directors' responsibilities
  • Solvent and insolvent restructuring
  • Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
