Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires 1-2 years of experience in administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Evaluate New Administrative Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Procedures are Followed: Set priorities and ensure that administrative procedures are followed to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities of Establishment: Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Co-ordinate and Plan for Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Operating Budget and Maintain Inventory and Budgetary Controls: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure effective financial management.
  • Assemble Data and Prepare Periodic and Special Reports, Manuals, and Correspondence: Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Oversee and Co-ordinate Office Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., business administration)
