Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at WhiteWater Ski Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for leading our team in providing exceptional culinary resort experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team in providing outstanding service to our guests
  • Ensure consistent and timely service, controlling costs, and championing sustainability initiatives
  • Recruit, schedule, and supervise front of house staff
  • Oversee food service, manage inventory, and control costs
  • Work with the Management team to ensure pricing meets organizational goals
  • Resolve customer complaints and internal conflicts
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are practiced by all staff members
  • Manage department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assist in achieving organizational goals
  • Provide a positive, memorable, and outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

  • Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Certificate an asset
  • Food & Beverage Serving it Right
  • Food Safe Level 1
  • Previous leadership/supervisor/management experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector
  • Familiarity with Google Workplace is an asset
  • Excellent team player, time management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Must be of legal age and willing to travel to the mountain as well as work weekends and holidays as required
