This dynamic sales engine works closely with business owners to craft tailored solutions, and we are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Area Sales team.
About the Role
This leadership position involves complete ownership of sales targets, achieved through recruiting, coaching, development, and activity management. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will drive results and collaborate with highly engaged teams within the SMB group to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing
- 2-3 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and facilitate presentations
- Strong knowledge of the B2B sales environment
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate the business vision and goals
- Strong decision-making skills to review options methodically
