Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Rogers Business team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering industry-leading value to customers and businesses in the communities where we live and work.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to integrate partners with field sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- Analyze partnership performance and provide regular pipeline updates to inform business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with influential stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, investment strategies, and product development plans that drive growth and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and driving business growth.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
