Overview

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategies that align with our organization's goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop plans, and implement initiatives that drive results.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating authority
  • Managing events and conducting performance reviews

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a team of more than 20 people
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
