Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of food order summaries and delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
