Food Service Operations Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Manage events and ensure seamless execution.
- Provides physical accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access for all customers.
- Participates in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
