Food Services Manager

We are a leading food services company that prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As a Food Services Manager - Restaurant Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to boost profitability.
Menu Planning and Cost ControlDevelop and implement menu plans that balance profitability with customer demand, ensuring optimal cost control and inventory management.
Staff Performance ManagementMonitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
Operational EfficiencyDevelop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities- Inventory Management
Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and customers.
Event ManagementCoordinate and execute events, such as catering and private functions, ensuring that they are executed to the highest standards.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Language and Work Environment- Language
English.
Work Environment40 hours per week, permanent position.
