Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Negotiate with clients for catering and event services
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
