Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
Operational PlanningDevelop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Staff ManagementLead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of quality, and promote a positive work environment.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.
Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Event ManagementPlan and execute events, including catering and facility rentals, to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Support for DiversityParticipate in government or community programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Working Conditions- Work Schedule
40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication.
