- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including project management software and Google Drive
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in administration, preferably in a project management environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word proficiency
