The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving business growth. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the digital accessibility space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to uncover new opportunities and generate buyer insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Compelling Messaging and Positioning: Craft and refine our brand narrative and differentiated market positioning to establish us as a category leader in digital accessibility.
  • Product Launch Planning: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive product launch plans to introduce new innovations effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive business growth.
  • Metrics and Communication: Establish clear success metrics for product marketing initiatives and regularly report on progress and impact to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5-7 years in a Product Marketing role.
  • Experience in a small marketing team, operating as the sole Product Marketer, with the ability to lead a team in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or highly equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven track record as a PMM leader with examples of go-to-market strategies and product marketing work delivered in previous roles.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable takeaways.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on championing the voice of our customers across the organization.

Pay Range

$160,000 to $190,000 CAD OTE, depending on experience and role fit.
