Job OverviewYou will be responsible for driving new business sales, developing key relationships, and delivering product value as a highly motivated SaaS New Business Development Account Executive.
This role involves conducting proactive prospecting for new business sales within assigned territories, leveraging various channels to identify potential clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to compile lists of potential clients
- Master our product offerings, effectively articulating their value proposition and benefits to key decision-makers
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs
- Participate in Insurance trade shows and industry events to generate leads and promote products
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies
- Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent lead generation or inside sales experience
- Possess strong listening skills and quick-thinking ability, capable of working both independently from home and collaboratively within a team
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display keen attention to detail and adherence to defined processes
- Showcase solid time management skills
- Bring at least 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM/Salesforce
