About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and food quality.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • No less than one year but less than two years of experience as a supervisor in the food industry
  • A permanent employment arrangement
  • The ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Compensation

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
