Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. Key Responsibilities

  2. Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
  3. Manage Inventory: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  4. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs, and prepare reports as required.
