Job Overview

SUSHI MURA restaurant Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including managing workload, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and taste.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and training.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
