Job Overview:

As a key member of our Sales Leadership Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of sales, including quoting, ordering, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in rotational training in various departments, including Estimating, Procurement, Logistics, and Prospecting.
  • Own and manage your entire book of business from the start of its sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute impactful account growth strategies to nurture key relationships and drive business growth.
  • Process quotes and orders, ensuring exceptional quality and service to customers.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to address concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Travel quarterly to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in horticulture (a plus).
