About the Role

This role will serve as a key member of the London Department Head Leadership Team, representing the HR function and partnering with senior leaders to drive the people agenda for the London practice office. As a critical component of the Human Capital & Talent team, you will be responsible for managing the practice office HR advisory team and leading team and project workstreams to execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to practice office and global leadership on complex human capital topics, including employee relations and change management.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, such as talent development, resource management, and colleague engagement.
  • Providing oversight of performance management and compensation processes and practices.
  • Utilising data-driven insights to inform Human Capital & Talent strategies and make informed business decisions.
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on professional development, including encouraging team mobility and skill development.
  • Championing colleague well-being and contributing to a work environment that promotes equity, inclusiveness, and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build relationships across teams at all organisational levels.
  • Relevant progressive Human Resources leadership and management experience.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organisation.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
