Job Overview:
A key role within our organization, the Research Staffing Associate will assist Research Operations Managers with program-level human resource functions. Responsibilities include initiation of recruitment processes, processing and monitoring of employee contracts, and assisting with scientific appointments.

About You:
To succeed in this position, you'll need a Human Resources, Business or Office Administration Diploma and a minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources. You should have knowledge of human resource principles, procedures, practices, and relevant legislation. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Your Skills:
You'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain credibility within your assigned client group. Proficiency in computer programs such as PeopleSoft, Workbrain, Archibus, and Microsoft Office 365 is also required. Additionally, you should be able to clearly communicate with various stakeholders, including research staff, investigators, and leadership teams.
