Client Development Manager

As a key member of the Polygon Restoration team, the Client & Network Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion. This leadership position oversees the development of new client relationships and the management of our network of independent restoration contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute client opportunity strategies to expand revenue growth.
- Qualify ideal clients to assess their needs and suitability for Polygon Restoration solutions.
Network Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard independent restoration contractors into the service and support network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing contractors, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and potential client segments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant management and solution sales, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful book of business and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
