Delmar International Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per annum for our Business Development Manager position based in Canada.

As a Business Development Manager at Delmar International Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue streams through developing new client relationships and generating leads from internal and external sources.

New Business Development

  • We are seeking an individual with excellent prospecting skills who can identify and bring forward new business opportunities within Canada.
  • You will establish a prospecting plan; identify potential clients and negotiate prices and conditions based on the type of service offering.

Account Retention

We prioritize account retention through follow-up and portfolio maintenance:

  • Anticipate customer demands and translate them into tailored service offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Development and Product Management Teams in developing innovative value propositions and customer solutions.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage, maintain, and share information.

Requirements

  • A minimum 2-5 years of sales and/or operational experience in the 3PL Freight Forwarding environment is essential.
  • A College Diploma or University Undergrad in Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications is mandatory.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is considered an asset.
