Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving issues with computer networks and systems.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including installation of operating systems and software.
  • Perform backups and recovery operations for our Web-server.
  • Manage incidents and provide customer service to employees.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills.
