Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Network Administration: Set up and maintain computer networks, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their technical needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, initiative, organized, time management, and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support and assistance to employees in a timely and efficient manner.
