About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Set up and configure computer equipment for employee use, including installation of operating systems and software
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for our Web-server
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our employees
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
