Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Network Administration: Give access to computer networks, set up equipment for employee use, and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, and provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and manage incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, initiative, organized, and strong time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
