Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, including setting up equipment, performing software installations, and troubleshooting computer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users, including setting up equipment and performing software installations
  • Troubleshoot computer issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service and manage incidents
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Accurate, initiative, organized, and strong time management skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
