Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Network Administration: Set up and maintain computer networks, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups and updates, to ensure the stability and security of our computer systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their technical needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to technical issues and providing support to employees in a timely and professional manner.
