Patient Service Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Consumer's Optical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
