Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the CFOO and leadership team.
  • Develop and implement the HR People Strategy, focusing on succession planning, workforce development, attraction and retention, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and organization design.
  • Inform senior leadership of potential risks impacting business performance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coach and develop HR team members.
  • Establish strong routines with the HR team to deliver HR initiatives on time and mitigate risks.
  • Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion to foster a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with legal to introduce/adapt policies.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate progress against People Strategy initiatives and create action plans to close gaps.
  • Lead compensation and benefit review process to ensure a competitive Total Rewards package and collaborate with the CFOO on budget requirements.
  • Develop and cascade the Performance Management process (e.g., goals, objectives, and systems).
  • Prioritize high-value company-wide initiatives to drive performance and improve the employee experience.
  • Coach leaders on change management and activities, identifying best practices.
  • Anticipate and mitigate obstacles, risks, and business disruptions caused by change initiatives.
  • Oversee/participate in complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations, engaging in conflict resolution as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment and trust to facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ensure HR team members address client issues and concerns on a timely basis.
  • Review, guide, and approve management recommendations for employment hires and terminations.
  • Establish strong routines with the HR team to ensure HR initiatives are delivered on time and implement plans to mitigate risks.
  • Direct the preparation and maintenance of various HR reports to track strategic goal accomplishment.

Estimated Salary:$95,000 per year
