Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
