- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
