About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail sales or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
