About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that we have a good mix of products to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean and organized, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

As a Sales Team Lead at Once Upon A Child, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the store to perform tasks.
