About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at CUSTOM KART INC. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
