Claims Examiner Opportunity with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a Claims Examiner to join our team at Randstad. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a key role in helping people navigate the claims process and ensuring that their needs are met.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and French, with experience in administration and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for examining claims, gathering information, and making informed decisions in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary of $42,550 per year (or $44,550 per year for bilingual candidates). The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with a flexible 8-hour shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine claims and gather relevant information
- Making informed decisions in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Experience in administration
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
