Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced communications professional who can develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our organizational goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing budgets.

Responsibilities include developing promotional materials, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and writing and editing press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Direct the development and maintenance of our Internet and intranet sites
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishment
  • Evaluate our Internet presence and communication strategies
  • Implement communication strategies and programs
  • Oversee the preparation of written material for website content
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events
  • Review written material such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases
  • Supervise staff and train them in their roles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Experience in managing budgets
