- Act as an independent adjuster, actively adjusting claims while identifying business development opportunities;">
- Develop and maintain a dynamic portfolio, utilizing well-honed organizational skills to manage day-to-day activities and file management tasks;">
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless claim processing and customer satisfaction;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- At least 2 years' experience in claims adjusting;">
- Able to obtain a Level 1 Adjuster's license in SK;">
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning;">
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics;">
- Strong investigative manner and ability to draw valid conclusions;">
- Ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced numerical calculations;">
- Advanced communication skills, including written and oral skills, listening, interviewing, and negotiation abilities;">
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities effectively;">
- Proactive and positive approach to customer service, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries;">
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to handle conflict and difficult situations effectively;">
- Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning;">
Estimated Salary Range
">$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
