About the Role:

This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work 8 hours during this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine insurance claims to identify potential issues and areas of dispute
  • Investigate claims to gather facts and evidence
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and resolve disputes
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, insurers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or a related field)
  • Proven experience in claims examination or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
