Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit teams and ensure the correct application of accounting practices and methodologies
- Oversee audits from planning to completion and provide high-quality deliverables
- Participate in the development of business plans and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve cross-functional objectives

Requirements:
- Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public practice accounting
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
