We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ctrl Tax. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and establishing office procedures.

You will also be required to schedule appointments, answer phone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintain inventory of office supplies. Additionally, you will need to arrange travel itineraries and make reservations, greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

Your technical skills should include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Access. You should also be familiar with MS Office and have strong typing and proofreading skills.

As an Executive Administrative Coordinator at Ctrl Tax, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to multitask. You must be flexible, organized, and able to work as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills
