About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Ctrl Tax. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to electronic enquiries and directing visitors to the relevant contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
