About the Role


MADANI FINE FOODS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and providing exceptional support to our staff.



Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to optimize office efficiency
  • Effectively delegate tasks to office support staff and prioritize work accordingly
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, including inventory control and budgetary controls
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and oversee payroll administration
  • Perform data entry, assemble data, and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate records
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, order office supplies, and handle lost and found items


Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • Familiarity with MS Office and electronic mail systems
  • High school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in office administration
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position
