About the OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the success of our Pharmacy Care Clinics. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to practice patient care in a clinic environment while supporting dispensary and pharmacy workflow activities as needed.
What You'll DoAs a Medical Policy Pharmacist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance on medication therapy and treatment options to patients
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Supporting dispensary and pharmacy workflow activities as required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Alberta Pharmacist License
- Addition accreditations (such as Knowledge of HealthWATCH pharmacy software) are an asset
