As a Health Care Aide - Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support services to clients in a community setting. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and assessment skills, with the ability to apply health and safety principles in delivering care to clients in the community. You will also have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.
This position requires completion of a Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months of hire and active directory status on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory. Nursing students currently enrolled in an approved Alberta nursing program may also be considered. Basic Cardiac Life Support- Healthcare Provider (BCLS HCP) certification is also required.
