Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in St. Albert. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients of all ages. Your primary duties will include assessing patients' conditions, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to create care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care
    • Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met
  • Education and Support
    • Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones

Requirements:

  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
    • Licensed to practice nursing in the province of Alberta
  • Skills and Experience
    • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
