We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a valid RPN license in Canada and completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
