Job Description

The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling;
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records;
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence and reports;
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with medical software and electronic medical records systems.
