Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Olive Tree Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
